My forthcoming novel Jameson/Jones: Supermassive was funded by a crowd of generous supporters and Elite fans over at pozible.com/suprmasv on 04 January 2013. These funds were then used in turn to support the Elite:Dangerous project — running at the time on Kickstarter.com. This pledge secured The Writer’s Pack, a reward level granting a limited license to produce a novel based on situations and characters of the Elite universe. Our pledge, along with many similar Writers Pack projects, together with amazing support from thousands of other backers, helped get Elite:Dangerous over the line a few days ahead of its deadline. On 05 January 2013, just one day after the official end of Supermassive’s project fund, the Elite:Dangerous Kickstarter closed having attained its funding goal plus managing to cover a few stretch goals also.

• Receive final edit of story
• Proofreading of story
• Output EPUB
• Finalise layout of PDF

Feb 2014 : Final proof of book released as PDF
